Our Working Procedure

Our procedure provides you with a way to have a complete and fully functional website, by following this simple step-by-step procedure.

» Get ready

Sure, first of all you have to have the content of your web site ready. This includes the general site structure (menu elements), all texts and images that should be included. You could later modify the texts and/or the site structure through the content management module, but still, you need to have your initial rough version of your website ready before we start building it.

All texts should be in either plain text format (.txt) or in MsWord® format (.doc). All graphics (including illustrations, logo, etc.) should be in any of the standard graphic formats (.gif; .jpg; .tif; .psd)

» Contact us

Now, it's time to get in touch with us. Either use our contact form or just send us an email, stating your wishes and preferences. In case you send us sufficient information about your website, we will directly return a price estimate. Otherwise, we will just ask you some additional questions that will allow us to prepare for you a custom website budget.

At this stage it will be extremely useful if you could also send us several addresses of websites that you liked or disliked. This will enable us to have a more clear idea on your taste, preferences and expectations.

» Project

Once we agree on your project's price, we will start working on it. At this stage you will be expected to transfer to our bank account 50% of the price. Payments are usually (and most securely) done through wire transfers.

In no more than a week we will submit to you for approval a graphic concept for your site's design. This concept will be installed online on our web server and you will place any remarks, comments or additional requirements you may have. We will not stop working and modifying your project until you are happy with the design project and approve it.

» Development

Once the graphic concept gets approved, we will start building your web site.

At each moment you will be able to follow online the progress of our work and place comments, remarks or request amendments if needed.

We will expressly ask for your written confirmation and approval at all important stages of your website's development.

» Final approval, testing and upload

Once the work on your web site is finished, you will be expected to approve it.

We guarantee that we will provide any extra effort and time needed, until you are fully satisfied of our work, as initially agreed.

After you approve the final version of your web site, you will have to transfer to our bank account the remaining 50% of the agreed price. After that, we will upload your website to its final place (your hosting web server) and we will carry extensive live tests of all of its elements and functionalities.

» Support, Update and Maintenance

Once we are convinced that everything in your website works fine, we will provide FREE maintenance and support for the first month. During this period of time we will provide any support or advice you may need in order to ensure the smooth operation and update of your web site.

Subsequently, we could also provide constant support and update of your website. All the sites that are built by us are entitled to a 20% discount from our standard hourly support rate.
